Cost Per Click (CPC) is a pricing model in digital advertising where advertisers pay each time a user clicks on their ad. CPC is also known as PPC (Pay Per Click).

Maximum CPC vs. Actual CPC
Maximum CPC is the highest amount advertisers are willing to pay for a click. The actual cost is usually less than this maximum amount and is called the actual CPC.

CPC is calculated using this formula:
CPC = Total advertising cost / Total number of clicks
